We Grow HairDr. A’s Academy of Hair Transplant is dedicated to improving the knowledge base of field of hair transplant and hair restoration including providing training for the professionals involved in this field.
The Academy helps with the decision making process in the field by supporting the professional development of those who conduct hair restoration procedures with a special focus on hair transplantation.
We offer specialized courses in Hair transplants including Follicular Unit Transplant (popularly known as the strip FUHT procedure) and the stitchless FUSE/fue method.
From Day 1, we will take you step by step in every aspect of the procedure. From operating room design, patient counseling, hairline designing, detailed surgical steps to post-op photography and record keeping.
We have an extensive background in teaching and integrating advanced techniques in hair transplantation.

As the preeminent professional academy for hair transplant services, researchers and hair transplant practitioners, Dr. A’s Academy for Hair Transplant collaborates with hair transplant services community, hair restoration societies and other key stakeholders to:
- Support the development of field of hair transplant by:
- Expanding and improving the scientific basis of the field
- Increasing the capabilities and skills of hair transplant practitioners; and
- Promoting the development of the necessary financial, human, infrastructure, and data resources.
- Facilitate the use of the best available research and information by:
- Translating research findings and experience of various practitioners into useful information for clinical, management and policy decisions; and
- Enhancing communication and interaction between hair restoration researchers and policymakers.
- Assist policy and practice leaders in addressing major hair restoration challenges by:
- Providing high quality policy and technical assistance;
- Offering educational programs that advance the use of policy analysis and research; and
- Identifying areas where additional research and information are needed.
History:
Established in 2009, Dr. A’s Academy of Hair Transplant is a result of the vision of its founder Dr. Arvind Poswal. The academy is a unit of Dr. A S Clinic Pvt. Ltd. The Academy strives to fulfill the acute demand for high quality educational programs for the field of Hair Transplant. Backed by some of the leading practitioners of the time, teaching curriculums and hands on training modules have been devised to impart the necessary surgical as well as the aesthetic skills to future prospective doctors, counselors and technicians.
